MATLAB®

MATLAB® (The Mathworks) is a programming language and interactive environment originally designed to perform numerical mathematics. Although clearly slower than the languages traditionally used for this purpose, such as FORTRAN or C/C++, the interactive environment and the very convenient plotting capabilities make it highly useful for a broad range of computational tasks.

Toolboxes

Toolboxes and functions mainly for data processing, using the commercial available software package Matlab®

  • trEPR-Toolbox
A MATLAB®-Toolbox for preprocessing, display, analysis, and postprocessing of transient EPR data
  • TA-Toolbox
A MATLAB®-Toolbox for preprocessing, display, analysis, and postprocessing of transient absorption data
  • LaTeX-Toolbox
Functions to write LaTeX files from within MATLAB®. Useful, e.g., for automatic generating reports.
