Directory Structure

An overview of the generic directory structure of the toolbox.

Especially if you plan to write your own modules, it will be important to know about the generic directory structure of the toolbox.

The generic directories for the different parts of the toolbox are as follows:

• GUI
• IO
• common
• figure
• internal
• preprocessing
• modules¹⁾

In addition to that, there is one „special“ directory, containing the Matlab™ documentation for the toolbox (not to be confused with the help files used internally in the GUI that are much more detailed):

• doc

The GUI directory has a more detailed substructure, layed out below:

• private - everything in and below this directory is only accessible from within the GUI directory
  • conf - configuration files
  • helptexts - help files
    • ACC
    • AVG
    • BLC
    • combine
    • info
    • main
  • splashes - splashes (images)
